I dropped my Samsung tablet and damaged the USBC charging port on my device. I brought my tablet to a couple of places that repaired Samsung phones but they would not touch my tablet even though a tablet IMO is really just a big cell phone. I called Mobitech and asked them how much it would cost to get it repaired. He quoted me about $87-$90 which i thought was reasonable. Mobitech told me it would be about i think 4 days to get the part in. The employee (I don't remember his name but I think he was the business owner) called me two days later and told me he had to express ship a part for another customer and piggybacked my part so he finished my repair early. The price was about $10 less than what he quoted me on the phone. About two weeks later he called me up asking how my device was doing. If anything my tablet seems to charge quicker than it did before. Hopefully I don't break anymore electronics but if I do this will be my first goto place.

About a year ago, I took my iPhone SE in to get a battery replacement. The service was done within an hour or so, but when I picked up the phone the home button on the screen didn’t work. The man seemed surprised, but offered to fix it. A few hours later, I retrieved the phone and it worked fine. So problem solved, right? Not quite. They ended up replacing my original Apple screen with a cheap aftermarket replacement that scratches easily. Now, my screen has a bunch of scratches whereas before it had none (after years of use). So I cannot recommend this shop for iPhone repair.

I took my phone here to get the back glass replaced 8/1 after dropping off my phone for 3 hours. My mom arrived to pick up to find it wasn’t done yet AND he broke my front screen because apparently you have to replace that in order to replace the back glass. He then said he didn’t have a replacement screen for it and I would have to come back TUESDAY the following week and he would replace it. Upon picking up my phone it said that the screen was not an Apple device and not supported or installed incorrectly. I then brought my phone back at the end of the week due to severe glitching, freezing, opening and closing apps, etc. I will say I dropped it the day before bringing it back which cracked the screen, it had all the other issues beforehand. I then paid for him to replace the front glass AGAIN as I couldn’t prove it wasn’t working before being dropped. After picking up my phone the same thing happened again and it said it was not an Apple product or installed incorrectly. I am currently in the process of getting a new phone all together because 70% of them time my phone is completely unusable.

We are extremely happy with the service from MobiTech. My iphone had water damage. My screen was black. I could not open my phone. But I could hear it still seemed to work otherwise. I didn't have my hundreds of photos backed up. I was upset that they were likely gone. However, AFTER purchasing a new phone I was referred to MobiTech by Spectrum (my cell carrier). We took a shot and stopped in. Amazingly the technician was able to fix the phone! I now have my photos back. He also transferred all my information from the old phone to my new one for 45$. Verizon charges 90$. I highly recommend them for any issues you may have with your phone. Cell phone providers won't tell you repairs are possible. Even for water damage!
